Where We Ship From
Every Voro Hair order is fulfilled from our warehouse in Orlando, FL. We ship directly to your door — fast, reliable, and fully tracked.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Times & Shipping Rates
All delivery estimates are calculated from the shipment date, not the order date.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Still can't find it? Contact us at support@getvorohair.com and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or Stalled Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for 7 or more consecutive days, contact us and we will ship a free replacement immediately — no claim forms, no hassle.
International Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient. Voro Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Brazil: VAT is already included in the shipping fee — no additional charges on delivery.
- UK / EU: Orders may be subject to local VAT upon import.
- All other international destinations: Please check with your local customs authority for applicable fees before ordering.
